I just got back from a yoga retreat with Mischa and it was absolutely beautiful! Mischa puts incredible energy, care and heart into everything. Her retreats are not just ordinary retreats - they are created with feeling and everyone feels nurtured and welcomed. 

 There is absolutely amazing plant-based food, a well thought out program, plenty of space to relax and share, all beautifully balanced. Mischa creates a safe and inspiring space in which to breathe, slow down and come back to oneself. There are few retreats like this in the Czech Republic!!

The yoga class itself was great - perfectly balanced between gentleness and challenge, led with kindness and ease by the amazing teacher who hosted the whole evening. It exudes a calm and positive energy that immediately relaxes everyone present. You could feel her warmth and care in the space - she was the one who made the evening such a special experience.

It was a few hours that deeply refreshed, grounded and filled me with joy. The energy from that evening stayed with us for days to come. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who needs a moment of peace, connection and inner renewal. You will leave with a lightness in body and soul. Thank you for such a wonderful experience - we are already looking forward to returning.

A great experience. Challenging at first, but beautifully stretching yoga. Then a plant-based brunch - not only beautifully colourful, but delicious in taste (sweet and savoury). At the end, a sauna, ice cooling in the pond and a nice chat with the other participants. A wonderfully spent Saturday morning in a pleasant atmosphere. Very positively charging. Thank you and I look forward to the next time.
