My journey to yoga and inner harmony

I am a guide through yoga and midfulness. In my yoga session I combine movement, breath, a kind approach to the body and work with the mind. I believe that peace and balance are not found outside, but within - and yoga is one of the bridges to returning to that place.

My Beginnings

My curiosity about yoga led me to yoga while I was in college. Back then it was mainly about physical exercise - vinyasa flow, dynamic classes, body work. But it wasn't until time passed that I began to understand that yoga was so much more than movement. It's a way of living more consciously - in relation to yourself, the world and others.

Gradually, I discovered the power of yin yoga, deeper work with the body, nervous system and emotions. And that is what I am lovingly passing on today.

Nine years in Australia

The big break came when I moved to Australiawhere I lived for nine years. That's where my yoga journey deepened. The Australian nature, the openness of the people and the diversity of approaches inspired me to find my own path - authentic, kind and, most importantly, conscious.

I received my first yoga certification here, attended classes with various teachers, and participated in community and nature retreats. From here I carry not only knowledge but also a deep respect for life.

From cocktails to conscious space

My professional journey started in the bartending world. For nine years I worked in high-end bars in Sydney, zparticipated in many cocktail competitions, where I learned to work with flavors, presentation and presence in every detail. I created cocktails that brought people joy, experience and connection.

Today I connect all of this in rituals with ceremonial cacao and by creating mindful experiences on your yoga retreats. I believe that every detail - taste, smell, touch - can bring us back to ourselves.

Today: space for breath, peace and kindness

I lead yoga retreats, workshops and classes in South Czechia and abroad. My goal is to create a safe, accepting space where people can breathe, pause and reconnect to themselves. I'm not a guru, I'm a guide. And every step we take together is a step towards a deeper truth about ourselves.
