My yoga journey
My name is Mischa Čech Bónová and I discovered my passion for yoga at collegebut it only deepened in Australia, where I lived for 9 years.
From a physical standpoint, my yoga practice helps me with chronic pain, and from a mental standpoint, it teaches me to accept and respect the world, thoughts, pains, opinions, conflicts, as they are. Without judging or trying to change them. In my classes, I transfer love and joythat yoga brings to myself.
Yoga has been my path for more than 20 years. I started out with a dynamic practice, but gradually discovered the power of yin yoga, mindfulness and meditation.As a yoga teacher I work mainly in South Czechia - in Frymburk, Český Krumlov and in the countryside near Lipno. I lead classes and yoga retreats,that link physical and mental balance. Let's explore together the depth of conscious movement and breath.
